Annual report to the APA

Between the 1^st of January and the 31^st of March of each year

You are required to send the annual report of EEE placed on the market for the previous year and the estimate for the current year to the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) via SILiAmb.

Reports to Electrão

If you are a company under the Standard Membership Regime, you must submit quarterly reports (1^st to 15^th of the following month), reporting the EEE placed on the national market during the period.

If you fall under the Small-Scale Regime, you must submit an annual report (1^st to 15^th of March) stating the EEE placed on the market during the previous year and the estimate for the current year.

Standard Membership Regime: quarterly reports

Between the 1^st and the 15^th of April

You must report the market placement data for the first quarter of the year (1^st of January to 31^st of March)

Between the 1^st and the 15^th of July

You must report the market placement data for the second quarter of the year (1^st of April to 31^st of June).

Between the 1^st and the 15^th of October

You must report the market placement data for the third quarter of the year (1^st of July to 30^th of September)

Between the 1^st and the 15^th of January of the following year

You must report the market placement data for the fourth quarter of the year (1^st of October to 31^st of December)

Small-Scale Regime: annual report

Between the 1^st of January and the 15^th of March

You must report to ELECTRÃO the EEE placed on the market during the previous year and the estimate for the current year.
