Find out the reporting periods in which you are required to report the quantities of electrical equipment placed on the market to the APA and Electrão.

Annual report to the APA

Between the 1st of January and the 31st of March of each year

You are required to send the annual report of EEE placed on the market for the previous year and the estimate for the current year to the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) via SILiAmb.

Reports to Electrão

If you are a company under the Standard Membership Regime, you must submit quarterly reports (1st to 15th of the following month), reporting the EEE placed on the national market during the period.

If you fall under the Small-Scale Regime, you must submit an annual report (1st to 15th of March) stating the EEE placed on the market during the previous year and the estimate for the current year.

Standard Membership Regime: quarterly reports

Between the 1st and the 15th of April

You must report the market placement data for the first quarter of the year (1st of January to 31st of March)

Between the 1st and the 15th of July

You must report the market placement data for the second quarter of the year (1st of April to 31st of June).

Between the 1st and the 15th of October

You must report the market placement data for the third quarter of the year (1st of July to 30th of September)

Between the 1st and the 15th of January of the following year

You must report the market placement data for the fourth quarter of the year (1st of October to 31st of December)

Small-Scale Regime: annual report

Between the 1st of January and the 15th of March

You must report to ELECTRÃO the EEE placed on the market during the previous year and the estimate for the current year.
