The Door-to-Door collection campaign is a pilot project developed by Electrão that aims to counter the parallel market and offer a more convenient alternative for citizens to hand over large electrical equipment, such as refrigerators or washing machines, for recycling.
Door-to-Door collection consists of a free-of-charge service for the collection of bulky electrical equipment directly from private homes. This project, a pioneer in Portugal, is available in Almada, Amadora, Lisboa, Loures, Mafra, Moita, Palmela, Odivelas, Seixal, Sobral de Monte Agraço and Torres Vedras and Sintra.

How to schedule a collection?

Request a collection at your home using the form on this page or by calling 800 262 333 (toll-free).

Please check your phone; we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

The coleection will be scheduled for a business day between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., during which time you must ensure access to the equipment to be picked up.
What are the advantages of scheduling with Door-to-Door collection?

Que tipo de equipamentos recolhem?
- Qualquer electrodoméstico volumoso, como uma máquina de lavar, frigorífico ou outro de dimensão semelhante.
- Os equipamentos devem estar desligados, sem outros resíduos no interior, e prontos para a recolha.
- Pode também entregar outros equipamentos mais pequenos, lâmpadas ou pilhas.
- Caso tenha apenas pequenos equipamentos, consulte onde os pode entregar em www.ondereciclar.pt.
